How does I change language on CS3, I downloaded it and its spanish, i cant understand it!! How do I change the language!? halp me!!

So Boredom has set over me, and Im getting the Haircut I talked from a while back. So expect Pictures, anyways. I updated my suit sprites, made BGW and X.V.B, Im working on the weapons at the moment. But heres a pic anyways

Okay, I'd like a Weapon with a M14 Reciever, a G36 stock a M16 Handle with a M14 magazine and a combat handle.

Understood? Good, also I can't do Camoflages, those are bitmaps which are useless 'cause when you delete the bitmap from the library, the painted all turn red. So no camo's allowed either. Optic sights are also allowed but no Acog's Scopes or really hard ones. I can do Redots and Holo's thats all.

Smg's are also a thing I can do. So awegan, ill take your request after I finish Nicks and Joes weapons. Alright?

So since Joe requested some weapons, so did endik. But I can only complete Joe's requests since they're rifles. Ive got about a month to complete these request, but at the moment. I can complete requests, but theres rules.

• Only 2 weapons allowed.
• Cannot make the requests extremly hard to make.
• Since I'm only limited to Rifles, I can make Smgs, but this will take me longer.
• No Pistols allowed, Elias has them already.

Anyways. I have Joe's weapons ready and I just need to start drawing them.
