There okay. Could use a bit more work on the recoil and some basic stuff like the characters knocking back a bit when they fire the gun. Work on that and you should be ready for at least a regular run n' gun madness animation. Tho I don't understand why are you going with 10 fps? I don't really recommend using 30 fps cuz' you're gonna REALLY need to work on the timing and a lot of other stuff. I just go with 22 fps and It works very well. Makes the animation nice and smooth.

Want a hint? Don't make 1 layer just for one symbol, put all the symbols thogheter in just one layer then if you want to put symbols to the back, just hold "control" key then pull the mouse wheel, if you want it to the front, push the mouse wheel.
